- DSU Ombuds (2013 - Present) - Appointed by then DSU President Stephen Nadauld as one of three DSU Ombuds in 2013 and tasked to establish the University's first Ombuds Office for the 2013-2014 academic year.

- Presented to high school DECA students about DSU's Udvar-Hazy School of Business during fall 2012 semester
- Presented at Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) to potential transfer Business students in March 2011 (SLCC’s Business Transfer Panel event)
- Presented college resource and advisement information to initial cohort of students in the Operations Management degree program, May 2010; worked with Dr. Debra Bryant on a video explaining Dixie State course registration procedures for cohort students
- Presented information on pursuing employment to Professional and Technical Writing students at Dixie State, March 2008
